Terms of sale

1. Scope

These terms of sale apply to orders placed through the Click & Collect service on the SAMA-SAMA site, for collection at one of our restaurants (Bordeaux, Agen, Marmande). Orders placed through Uber Eats or Deliveroo are governed by those platforms' own terms.

2. Prices

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes and service included. The price that applies is the one displayed at the time of ordering. The “menu” deal (dish + drink + dessert) is applied automatically whenever it works out cheaper.

3. Ordering

Orders are placed online: choose the restaurant, the products and a collection slot, then confirm with your details (name, phone). A summary with a reference number appears on screen. The restaurant confirms or declines the order (for example if an item is out of stock); the status is visible on the site. If declined, nothing is payable.

4. Payment

No online payment: the order is paid for in store, on collection, using the payment methods accepted by the restaurant. The total shown online is indicative and is confirmed at the till.

5. Collection

Orders must be collected at the chosen restaurant, within the stated slot. After a reasonable delay (30 minutes past the slot), the restaurant may dispose of the items; they remain payable if a confirmed order is not collected and was not cancelled beforehand.

6. Cancellation — right of withdrawal

You may cancel free of charge as long as the order has not been prepared, by calling the restaurant. Under Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to perishable goods prepared to order.

7. Allergens

The ingredient list for each dish can be viewed on the site (dish details). For any question about allergens, ask the team in the restaurant before eating.

8. Complaints & mediation

9. Governing law

These terms of sale are governed by French law.
