Is your meat halal?
Yes, our meat is halal.
Are there vegetarian options?
Yes. We serve organic tempeh made in Lot-et-Garonne, a protein-rich vegetarian option widely used in Indonesian cooking.
Do you work with local producers?
Yes, whenever we can. We work with short supply chains as much as possible, and already source from several producers in Lot-et-Garonne to offer food that is more responsible, local and of better quality.
Are your dishes spicy?
Our dishes draw on Indonesian cooking, so they can be fragrant and well spiced. No worries though: we adjust to each customer's taste so everyone can enjoy their meal.
Which dishes are a must?
Our must-try dishes are Nasi Goreng and Mie Goreng, two great classics of Indonesian street food.
Nasi Goreng is fried rice with Indonesian flavours, served with vegetables, a fried egg, a spicy sauce and the protein of your choice.
Mie Goreng is the stir-fried noodle version, generous and full of flavour, also customisable with the protein of your choice.
Can I build my own bowl?
Yes. At Sama Sama you choose your base, your toppings, your protein and your sauce to build a bowl exactly to your taste.
Do you offer set menus?
Yes. Every dish is available as a set menu with a drink and a dessert.
Do you have a student deal?
Yes. We offer a €10 student deal: either a Curry Ayam or an Asimani, with a drink and a dessert.
Can children eat at Sama Sama?
Yes. For children we especially recommend the Curry Ayam and the Asimani: tasty, mild and popular with younger guests.
Do you offer takeaway?
Yes, every dish can be ordered to take away.
Can I eat in?
Yes. Depending on the restaurant and available seats, you can eat in, in a simple, young and friendly setting.
Do you deliver?
Yes. Depending on the city and the restaurant, our dishes may be available for delivery through our partner platforms.
Are your recipes really Indonesian?
Our recipes are inspired by traditional Indonesian flavours, discovered first-hand on our travels. We adapt them to a modern, fast and accessible street-food format while keeping the spirit of sharing and generosity that defines Indonesian cooking.
Can I order for a group or an event?
Yes, you can order for a group, a company, an association or an event. We recommend contacting your nearest Sama Sama restaurant directly to arrange it.
