2. Data collected

Click & Collect orders: name (optional), phone number (required), email (optional), order contents, restaurant and collection slot. Legal basis: performance of the contract (preparing and handing over your order).

Audience measurement: anonymous browsing statistics (pages viewed, elements clicked) stored only in your browser, subject to your consent (see cookie policy). No data is passed to third parties.

3. Retention period

Order data is kept for as long as the service requires, then deleted or anonymised no later than 12 months after the order. Local statistics stay in your browser and can be cleared at any time.

4. Recipients

Order data is accessible only to the team of the restaurant concerned. It is never sold, rented or passed to third parties. Hosting: OVH SAS (France, European Union).

5. Your rights

Under the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. Exercise them by email: samasamagroupe@gmail.com. You may also refer the matter to the CNIL (cnil.fr).

6. Security

Data is stored on servers located in the European Union and protected by appropriate technical measures (restricted access, password-protected accounts).
