1. Purpose

These terms of use govern access to and use of the SAMA-SAMA website (the “Site”), which presents the SAMA-SAMA restaurants and allows orders to be placed for collection in store (“Click & Collect”). By browsing the Site, you accept these terms.

2. Access to the Site

The Site is free to access, 24/7 as far as possible. The publisher may suspend access for maintenance or updates without notice. Internet access costs remain your responsibility.

3. Click & Collect orders

The Click & Collect service lets you prepare an order online, paid for in store when you collect it. Full terms (prices, collection, cancellation) are set out in the Terms of sale.

4. User conduct

You undertake to provide accurate information when ordering (name, phone), not to disrupt the operation of the Site and not to place fake orders. In the event of abuse (repeatedly uncollected orders, fraudulent use), the publisher may refuse orders from the user concerned.

5. Intellectual property

See the legal notice. No element of the Site may be copied or reused without permission.

6. Personal data & cookies

How your data is processed is described in the privacy policy and the cookie policy.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable settlement, the French courts shall have jurisdiction.

This page is also available in French, Spanish and Indonesian. In the event of any discrepancy between versions, the French version prevails.
